Woodland Animals

This week we want to welcome two new Tiny Turtles: Cacho and Cata. Welcome to Toddler Tree! We are so happy to have you in our class! We look forward to doing everything we can so you have a great experience here.

This week, the Tiny Turtles learned all about forest animals and Baby Beluga. We had special activities designed for them, in which they played and learned at the same time. During exploration time, the kids experienced sensory glitter bottles and were able to look at and smell leaves and pinecones. These activities helped them to learn and stimulate their senses.

During creativity, we incorporated fun and creative things to review the topics of the week. We made a polar bear using their hands: They made a hand print to make the polar bear body. Also we worked on the letter of the week, painting the letter A.

During Physical Development, we danced to “Fred the Moose,”and also reviewd the “Penguin Dance” song.

We look forward to having grandparents come visit the Tiny Turtles next week. We want to remind you, the Tiny Turtles day is on Thursday, January 26th.

Have a nice weekend. and see you soon!
