We would like to give a warm welcome to 2 new members of our family, Carlota and Mikaela! Our Busy Bees were happy and excited to have them in our class.
We continued talking about winter and the cold weather. This week we learned about forest animals. Vocabulary words included: penguins, fish, polar bear, ice, water, and forest animals: squirrel, fox, raccoon, and bear.
During exploration we had very fun activities. The kids experienced painting ice cubes and feeding the penguins.
We all enjoyed story time very much, too. Our students were happy to hear the stories of the books such as: Polar Bear, Polar Bear, What do you Hear?, The Bear Went Over the Mountain, Who Lives There? and Baby Wild Animals.
Last Friday, the Busy Bees were very exited about Grandma’s Day, we had the pleasure of meeting most of them. They together worked on a project, “Cookies with Grandma“ and the kids had a blast! We loved to see their happy faces and hope all grandparents had a fun time at Toddler Tree. Please give them our thanks for coming.
Hope you have a wonderful long weekend!
Keep in mind we won’t be having class on Monday, so see you next Tuesday!
