Halloween is finally here! We had a fun and exciting week with spooky themes and our Haunted Wonderland Halloween party! Everyone showed up in their best costumes, we had a little Nascar driver, Minnie mouse, Tinkerbell, Tiger, Jake the Pirate, Buzz Lightyear & two super cute dragons.
Kids loved handing out candy to their friends, and had a blast doing their milk jug monster treat container in exploration time. We did lots of cool stuff in our exploration time like our monsters bowling and a Halloween sensory play with water and creepy plastic toys like spiders and worms.
This Friday was Sebastian’s turn to bring his surprise bag, and wow did he had fun stuff to show around! He brought a colors blocks toy, a book and a Mr. Potatoe Head. Sebastian was kind enough to share and let his friends play with the things he brought.
In physical development kids enjoyed wearing costumes and watching the “Knock, knock trick or treat” from super simple songs. Every time we put super simple Halloween songs turtles pay a lot of attention, they love to see cartoons singing and dancing various Halloween songs. Today they were super happy and had a blast on the obstacle course we made with mats.
We hope you have a fun Halloween night, and that our turtles get lots of candy when they go out trick or treating.
