This week at Toddler Tree was so special for our kids. We started learning about Easter and new vocabulary words such as: Easter, Easter eggs, bunny, egg hunt, etc.
In Circle Time with Mr. Mike, he reinforced the new vocabulary and also taught some songs related to Easter such as “Friendly Easter Bunny.”
Our Terrific Tigers participated by role-playing, pretending to be Easter bunnies. The kids also painted and decorated egg shells, that will be used next Wednesday, April 10th in our Easter egg hunt at the Colonia Sierra Madre Park.
Our kiddos enjoyed a special visitor at the kinder, a real bunny! We learned about what bunnies eat, how to take care of them, and the importance of being careful around pets.
In Physical Development we pretended to be Easter bunnies and hopped around the carpet to the rhythm of the Bunny Hop song. Also, we had an egg hunt and our kids had the chance to look for the eggs all around the gym.
We hope you have a great weekend!
