Learning More About Our School

Dear Parents

We had a great week! This week our main topic was “School items” and we reviewed what we have learned about our school.

The Caterpillars had a lot of fun in creativity class enjoying and trying new materials. This week they drew on the chalkboard, we used markers on paper, and we also used corks and paint to stamp on craft paper.

During Physical Development, the kids got to be active and dance fun songs such as: ‘Body Rock”, “Shake Your Sillies”, and “Shake Your Bean Bag”, and the “Sesame Street march”. At the end of their PD routine we enjoy “relax time”, everybody gets to lay down and we helped them stretch their arms and legs.

We would like to remind you of our open house that will be held on Wednesday, September 5th at 7:00 pm in our Caterpillars classroom.

We look forward to seeing you soon!
Have a great weekend!!

Bye Bye August!

Hello parents,

This week we had a lot of fun with many different activities! We also celebrated two birthday’s, Gabriel’s and Victoria´s Cake! They brought cupcakes and really enjoyed their super kid day when Mr. Mike made them a “Birthday Crown.”

During the week, we learned more about school and classroom items.

In Physical Development, the kids are getting into the swing of things beginning with their marching song. They like to choose a color ribbon and march with it around the carpet. We have also been implementing activities that involve kicking, throwing, rolling, and bouncing balls.

Our topics for next week include body parts and feelings.

We want to remind you that our open house will be held next week on Tuesday, September 4 at 8.15 pm.

We look forward to seeing you soon!

Have a great weekend!

Thank you,

Miss Debbie

Getting To Know Our School

Dear Parents,

This week our Busy Bees had fun learning more about school items. The kiddos really enjoyed exploring and drawing on the chalk board.

We are so happy to see how every new learning experience excites them!

We are helping them to follow new instructions, such as: how and where to line up, walk and sit down, among others. For example, this week they started to open their lunch boxes by themselves! We feel so proud to see how they are developing and becoming more independent.

Please remember that our Busy Bees Open House is next Thursday, September 6, at 8:00 p.m.

We look forward to seeing you there!

Hope you have an amazing weekend!!

This week we had so much fun! Big Bears are expressing themselves more and more:  introducing themselves by name, mentioning what their favorite color is and who their friends are. We are continuing to practice different activities and becoming familiar with our routines.

This week the kids learned a song called “Look who came to School Today” which goes like this: (to the tune of “Mary Had a Little Lamb”)

Look who came to school today, school today, school today

Look who came to school today

Big Bears did!!
